For some reason It still doesn't work. When I have a folder with season 1 and season 2 and try to rename it, the following happens:
Season 1 becomes Season 2, Season 2 becomes Season 1.

I've been trying to fix an error, but I have no idea why it doesn't work.
I'd like to use the commandline to rename the files, but the seasons are messed up. I tried looking at the rename steps filebot makes with the GUI, which gave me the following error:
