Accidentally using an old version of FileBot does not help with running things smoothly. ;) filebot works so you probably installed the debian package. I'll take a look but sound weird to me as it works completely fine 'till ~10 days ago
Just do debian updates as usual, never touch the filebot stuff

Anyway, I'll investigate.
