Re: Since last Update - Login for open subtitles and script n:miss doesn't work
Note that each user has its own application data folder, and thus its own configuration files. So you need to enter your configuration once for each user that is running filebot . I just tested it again with the same user and password for open-subtitle. - Logged in as admin in the WebGUI and with ...

Re: Since last Update - Login for open subtitles and script n:miss doesn't work
small update: I have tried to further narrow down the error or problem for finding the missing episode. Apparently, for whatever reason, some series have a problem with the files NOT being video. As an example: filebot -mediainfo -r /volume3/TV\ Serien/Zwei\ Engel\ mit\ vier\ Fäusten\ \(1997\ ...

Since last Update - Login for open subtitles and script n:miss doesn't work
Hello Again, since the Update to Filebot 4.6.9 / Filebot-Node 0.4.3 and rednoah Java2.17 the Login for open subtitles doesn't work anymore. I have already tried the configuration under Filebot-Node and via commandline. I also logged in to opensubtitles.org and changed my password, but I still get ...

Backup and Restore Settings under DSM 6.4
I want to update Filebot, Node and Java on my Synology with DSM 6.4, but before I do that I want to make sure which files i need to be backed up manually. So far I have backed up the following files. - Via rsync I backup all files from the folder under /volume1/@appstore/filebot/data/ - For the task ...

Re: Move Files per Filebot over CLI/SSH
1. You'll want to always run filebot as the same user to avoid the complexities of a multi-user environment, just like on your Desktop PC. Sharing the same application data folder / files (though of course possible via manually created symlinks that just redirect file operations to wherever you ...

Tricky TV Serie renaming, please help me.
Hello, after countless hours of reading and countless Filebot CLI tests as well as Filebot-Node GUI, I am slowly fit enough to rename my movies and TV series. But with this series I just can't get any further. I couldn't get it to work via CLI or GUI and I don't know what else to do. So what is the ...

Re: Move Files per Filebot over CLI/SSH
FileBot does not use .xattr folders by default, unless configured to do so, and once configured to use .xattr folders, FileBot will no longer look at native xattr at all: filebot -script fn:properties --def net.filebot.xattr.store=.xattr Is it possible that this option is reset to default after DSM ...

Re: Move Files per Filebot over CLI/SSH
I tried this with the metadata before my complete DSM update to 6.2.4 but it also seems to have problems when the files are later moved via DSM Filestation. Here is an example: NAS:/volume8/TV Serien_Complete/Navy CIS (2003)/Season 01/.xattr# ls -la total 0 drwx------+ 1 admin users 3486 Apr 14 2020 ...

Move Files per Filebot over CLI/SSH
Hello, I have again a question about Filebot via cli/ssh. I'm getting a new hard disk this week and then I have to move my TV series to this disk. But since there were always problems with file or xattr attributes in the past, so that many episodes via "filebot -script fn:miss" were no longer found ...

DSM 6.2.4 permissions problems
Hello all, I have a question about using Filebot(Node). After I did a DSM update to DSM 6.2.4-25556 update 2, I had to update Filebot(Node) and Java among other things. I got it to work, but I still have some messages or rather problems with some access rights that I can't get changed. Filebot-Node ...

Re: filebot -script fn:miss --log off doesn't work since latest update
You have a file that is tagged with xattr metadata for TheTVDB::305406 which no longer exists in the database. If you remove the offending file (or at least the xattr from that file) then it should work again. OK. I have now cleaned the faulty xattr from the files and the command goes through ...

How is the exclude list feature not a solution for this use case? That's exactly what it's for. I'm already using the exclusion list feature and will check this. Almost a year ago I have unfortunately deleted the exclusion list. But that does not affect the episodes of yesterday. Is there a way to ...

No, that's not what I meant. But it does happen that I miss a few episodes of a season. Therefore, I wait until the season is complete and get me this completely. In one series, i can sort this out manually. But with several series, it's quite easier and faster to "scan" the whole season with ...

Re: Synology Filebot Node Permissions Problem
Looks the same to me? Not really. Because for the reason that Rednoah wrote here. FileBot is running as a specific user & group, but your shell user might be running with multiple groups, resulting in slightly different fine-grained permissions. While I do not know the internal user permissions as ...

Re: Synology Filebot Node Permissions Problem
Have you tried to use synoacltool to view ACL permissions for different files, comparing files that works with files that don't work? synoacltool -h synoacltool -get PATH I tested it on my Filebot Temp folder, which I used for input files, and I know they work. So you can control what permissions ...
