Yes, Rivatuner is running. But Filebot was working just fine up unitl a few weeks ago, with Rivatuner running and unchanged since that time.

I can change setting in riva tuner to not affect filebot?

forgot to mention, filebot does flicker open and then closed now very quickly when cmd line filebot executed.
