Is there a way to make Copy instead of Rename in the GUI so when you launch the application Copy is already set?

Re: Ubuntu 23.04 - Groovy Pad - Crash
You can run filebot and redirect console output directly to a file, so even if your Desktop Manager somehow crashes, hiding the console window before you can read the console output, you might be able to capture the console output like so, if there is any: filebot > "/path/to/log.txt" 2>&1 Other ...

No, because when it crashes, it crashes out to the logon screen. The Linux syslog indicates a java crash, but SNAP confinement has blocked java from writing a crash ...

Ubuntu 23.04 - Groovy Pad - Crash
I just upgraded Ubuntu to version 23.04, fresh install. When I run FileBot 5.0.2 and press F5 to launch Groovy Pad, so I may restore my preferences from backup, Ubuntu crashes back to the login screen.

Now that FileBot 5.0.2 has been released, will the Windows Store version be updated or will it stay on 4.9.6 for now?

Migrate Filebot settings - Windows Store App
How may I migrate my settings from my old Windows 10 PC to my new Windows 10 PC? I still have access to the old PC.
I tried copying the folder "Users\username\AppData\Local\Packages\PointPlanck.FileBot_randomstring
...but that didn't seem to work

Thanks for that. Where do I set the copy location? By default it makes a copy in the same folder.

What I would like to achieve is copy (not move) a file from the download folder to a permanent location for media and rename it. I know how to manually copy the file then rename, but can I get Filebot to move the file and rename ...
