I have also reinstalled WIN 10 64 on a different machine - transferred my microsoft account over to it and installed filebot and am getting the exact same problem. Both of the PC's have SSD's that a relatively new so I dont think it is a hard disk issue.

I typed filebot as you suggested into the CMD line - and got this garbled stuff after about 3 mins of nothing happening.

I've tried uninstalling zonealarm now , and shutting down all other programs - still nothing.

could I get a copy from somewhere other than the windows store ?
Does anyone have a copy of an older version ?
