I'm so glad to see that i am not the only one that was throughly confused with DSM creating the issue through using https://synopackage.com/repository/spk/All. Once removing this source, the offical rednoah java package reinstalled correctly!

I added the Rednoah Java & FileBot Repository to DSM Package Manager (https://get.filebot.net/syno/) a long time ago, probably around Java 17 on this NAS, and added the Java Installer package. Finally after so many years of searching I have found the answer to the missing EXIF information to rename my photos!! 25Tb to process but this will make it so much better thank you!
