Re: [FileBot Node] Preserve part of the input filename
I did it the hard way: Desktop, around 3000 Files at once, more and it crashed on me on my Mac (iMac 2019, i5 with 32GB RAM.), Afterwards I batch reloaded and rewrote the NFOs with MediaElch all at once with the option that only files with a MovieDB entry are allowed to get updated. Problem solved i...

Re: [FileBot Node] Preserve part of the input filename
Yeah, thought that with the strict mode, even when I have stripped out the special chars with the ascii() function to stay clean for most systems connected. Hm, mutltipass approach is better, yeah. I think about it. ;) For the trailers, I feared that. >_< I have them stored locally since some traile...

Re: [FileBot Node] Preserve part of the input filename
So, playing around a bit I think I have to give FileBot all the files as input by "hand" manually. Another problem I found by testing a bit with the desktop application is, that trailer files get ignored...I tested them in FileBot Node as well, the trailers are mp4/webm files and yes, ther...

Re: Filebot Node doesn't start after a clean install of DSM on Synology
And when you are in a bad shape like I was where no way was able to fix the JNA and Java installation, you have to reset your Synology and stumble upon this.

Re: Add UHD label to 4K video files
Ah, yeah, now I run into other troubles. *Sigh* never thought FileBot is that mighty and complex. And great. :) I hope I have enough brainpower to understand at least 1% of what I want to achieve or FileBot is capable of. And the 32/64 trouble was caused by whatever over the years with ipkg, manual ...

Re: Preserve part of the input filename
Okay, I admit, I am to new to this whole thing, all I did for a long time was basic renaming and moving, I never worked into the real heavy parts of FileBot scripting. Seems I have to do some really weired work. And I have another problem I do not understand, maybe I oversee something: I work with F...

Re: Filebot Node doesn't start after a clean install of DSM on Synology
@jaysonpriest Okay, I fixed it with some research or better with some reading further. There are only 2 posts about this actually and only one with the solution. Syno Java = No go. rednoah Java = Way to go, but the actual version upgrades you to Java13 and the actual package via the package center f...

Re: Filebot Node doesn't start after a clean install of DSM on Synology
Okay, it gets worse and worse. I managed to get rid of that error (Sometimes a simple reboot helps.). Than the java not found in line 67 error came up. I did uninstall the Synology Java 8 with the most actual JDK (221) that got correct identified in the CLI (See the post above.) as mentioned in othe...

Filebot Node doesn't start after a clean install of DSM on Synology
Since I had some serious problems with my Java install and other issues with my Synology, I decided to do a system partition reset and start over. Fresh base, new installed DSM, no clutter and experiments. My order of installation is easy: DSM -> Java8 (And updated to latest JDK 221) -> Node v8 -> F...

Re: Add UHD label to 4K video files
Seems MediaInfo is not loaded. FileBot 4.8.5 (r6224) Java HotSpot(TM) Embedded Client VM warning: You have loaded library /volume1/@appstore/filebot/lib/x86_64/libjnidispatch.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now. It's highly recommended that you fix th...

[FileBot Node] Preserve part of the input filename
Okay, I am about to reorganize some thousand files. And with these files there are a lot of metadata in a special format. xxxxxxx-poster.xxx xxxxxxx-banner.xxx xxxxxxx-clearart.xxx xxxxxxx-logo.xxx xxxxxxx-thumb.xxx xxxxxxx-fanart.xxx .... You get it I think. For movies it will get already dirty. Fo...

Re: Add UHD label to 4K video files
Hm, I did a dryrun in FileBot Node on my Synology (MediaInfo is installed) and it doesn't work. Even when I lower the value from 4000 to 3000 (4K is min. 3.840 x 2.160 and UHD is 4.096 x 2.160, so I want to filter both sizes, I lower the value to 3000 for every occasion.) the files don't get the UHD...

Add UHD label to 4K video files
Maybe I am just to blind to get it. I read a lot about formating your string and I have seen the most weird strings that lead to really fascinating results, but I need it simple and plain. And I do not understand how I can do it with Filebot Node. My syntax for movies is simple as hell: {n.ascii()} ...
