Some servers, like TwonkyMedia, foolishly use the Title tag information to control what title it shows. FileBot seems to not be able to update the Title tag once it has been written by iTunes, or maybe just if it's an m4v. FileBot does seem to be able to update the tags if the file is a mkv. VLC ...
