Newest Jar
I'm confused again. I downloaded the latest jar to take a peek at this new imdb rating. 1. I opened it up and dragged in a folder with a handful of movies in it that all have matching nfos full of data, spent all day getting these nfos for like 1000 movies. Thinking that now I can drop them into fil...

Re: IMDB TMDB
So how much would be involved in renaming folders only and leaving files alone inside that folder to take care of the imdb rating and possibly imdb ids added?

Re: IMDB TMDB
That would be awesome.
Except, like I said that means in the near future I'll be asking how I could rename the 1000+ folders I already renamed, swapping out the old tmdb rating for the new imdb rating

Unexpected subtitle behavior
Well to me it's unexpected. To you that might be what you intended, but I'll raise the question as always. I'm using filebot-2.64-r1113-nfo I dragged my folders to the analyze pane. Dragged my nfo's to the left rename pane Dragged my vids to the right rename pane to match up the filenames for me Cli...

Re: IMDB TMDB
That would be awesome, until it breaks that is .
Then also I'm going to be asking how I rename just my folders and leave my data alone for that too of course, to replace "[Voted x.y]" w/the imdb votes instead.

Re: IMDB TMDB
We have a difference of opinion on these two websites I see. I love IMDB and you say TMDB is better. Matching to IMDB seemed to frustrate me and would get a connection reset fairly often after waiting so long (again, I wish at that point it would show me the ones it DID match in that time and let me...

Renaming folders only
So my wants for naming scheme have changed a few times as I've played with this program. Right now I'm humming and hawing if I want to change it one more time. In the meantime while I'm considering this I don't want to slow down my progress of sifting through my files though. So my question is this:...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
Awesome, so how will I be able to use it? Do I need to wait for another new jar? Or can I edit something to treat nfo extensions like videos or something? On a side note I had a video not recognized as a video, maybe you could update the extension list? I think it was ogm or ogg, one works and one d...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
It looks like I can drag the folders to the analyze pane after. Drag the nfos to the left rename pane. Drag the vids to the right rename pane and hit match. Not THAT much harder, but really I shouldn't have to. Who has a use for the nfo files like they are this way. These are extra steps that should...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
I'm assuming the newest nfo version looks for nfos like we discussed? I'll play with it later a bit. This might seem like a silly question right now, but it's late and I'm tired, so I'm just going to ask. I think I'm changing my approach a bit and keeping nfos now, after deleting thousands of them. ...

Re: Something is broken
You know me, that's too much code for me ;) By using the drive letter though it seems to (so far, knock on wood) work just fine, as it should, even though I don't see the difference. The only other thing I can think of that might have something to do with it is in the settings for my server I specif...

Re: Something is broken
Another update here, when dealing with my unRaid server. I wouldn't call it fixed yet, but it seems when using the IP address or the server name some files take a long time to be renamed or 'moved' and others don't, but it seems when I use the drive letter mapped to the server it works as it should,...

Re: IMDB TMDB
Well I do find it seems to me that TMDB seems quicker to match to. The program I used to use, "therenamer" used imbd akas to get the english match. For example it added /releaseinfo#akas to the imdb link, so instead of "Ching Se" I got "Green Snake". Check it out: http:...

IMDB TMDB
So I just went looking through one of my folders where I'm keeping my newly renamed movies and noticed something strange. I have 3 folders for the same movie. 2 of them I was not SHOCKED to see, but disappointed. I've seen this a few times now where it will add an extra space in one spot. I renamed ...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
1. So even if you don't show it you have an nfo it will still look for one now? That's awesome. 2. So if you did get up and walk away, all the obvious matches would be made and it leaves the ones that require input til the end? awesome again. Any way to have some other kind of visual clue other than...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
When I say it hangs it shows me the matches it found on the right with the hourglass symbol to the left of each one of them, then normally it would show a little green arrow on top of that and start changing the name to the format I specified. Instead it sits there with the list in the right pane th...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
1. I realized later that it does look inside nfo's but only like you say, if you throw it in there first and then match and then remove it (in my case, since I didn't want them to be kept). So it will, but it would be nice if it took that extra logic step to look for it without you having to put it ...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
The left pane doesn't show the folder structure anymore btw. Last time it showed the whole path, for me I'd just like the parent folder of the video file I'm trying rename. I'm wondering about a possible change for you to think about as well. I only wanted to keep video files and srts if available, ...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
Part of the problem is that I'm not entirely sure which ones it was. It just seemed that breaking them down sometimes into 2 movie groups even got me through it. For now I switched back to the old 2.64 because it doesn't choke on those exact same files. For some reason imdb is taking forever for me ...

Re: Small cosmetic enhancements
Now I'm having trouble processing any batch more than maybe 5 movies. It's throwing an error and I keep having to remove a bunch of movies and try again until the problem one squeaks through. Very annoying this way. java.lang.nullpointerexception during match and that's it. Start matching all over a...

Re: REQ: Ability to save expressions
So I was thinking about this and it hit me, I think another advantage to saving and naming these expressions could be when scripting. Like how you changed calling a script down to just the filename of the script, maybe it could be set up so you could say format:Movies or whatever you saved it as ins...

1. Actually with this one I just double clicked on the jar, so I don't know if that changes anything or not, but I can't scroll left and right. There is no scroll bar on either side and the left and right arrow keys don't work. The arrow key part is normal, they never worked before, but it doesn't m...
