Thank Rednoah. The reason why I'm asking this is because I'm trying to make an automatic setup, with very little user interaction, I'm using multiple tools to accomplish that, and Emby is my streaming server, My biggest problem is that some tools use ISO2 and others ISO3, I have work around/solution...

can I tell filebot to use "es" Instead of "spa" and "en" instead of 'eng"
I use this to rename and add the language code to the srt subtitles {'.'+lang}, but it uses spa and eng, I would prefer ES and EN.
is even possible to make filebot to do that?

How to add the language suffix to subtitles
I have a library of 2000 movies, but I only want to rename the .srt to add the language suffix to the subtitles, I don't want to rename anything else, I have spanish and english subtitles and in some movies I have both. Is that possible, if so please tell me how? Example 2 Fast 2 Furious (2003).srt ...
