How could one make Filebot automatically never move / consider files like *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip and samples to the destination?

Is that not the default behaviour? What do you see?

AFAIK, *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip are treated the same as *.jpg | *.txt files and ignored as seen in the screenshot in your other thread:

*.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip are generally not processed. You can drop them into Original Files, but if you then click Episode Mode: TheMovieDB those files will not get matched to Episode information.

*.jpg | *.txt files not being considered looks like this, and it'll look the same for *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip files:
Image

:!: *.* files may be matched to Episode / Movie information in the special case where files are named exactly the same as a movie / episode file in the same folder, thus considered a file group, thus processed and matched the same:
viewtopic.php?t=12172

:?: Are your *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip files named like this?

Code: Select all

Avatar.mp4
Avatar.xml
Avatar-poster.jpg

EDIT:

Can you post file paths as text so that we can run tests ourselves and check if things are working as expected or not?

Many thanks!
*.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip are generally not processed.
Why is *.sfv processed / copied / moved here then?
*.jpg | *.txt files not being considered looks like this, and it'll look the same for *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip files:
Not considered for renaming? But for transfer? Sorry for the confusion.
:?: Are your *.url | *.sfv | *.rar | *.zip files named like this?
Yes, they can have such names (with additional information in the name) or completely different ones.
Can you post file paths as text so that we can run tests ourselves and check if things are working as expected or not?
Yes:
I:\jD-Downloads\---entpackt
I:\Eigene Dateien\Videos\Filme

Please paste file paths as text. I need all file paths please, and not just the root folder. Please click on file paths as text for detailed instructions on how to copy files paths to the clipboard.
