[BUG] Spelling Mistake "Renameing"

Post by xxgbhxx »

Hi,

Ridiculously minor issue but it annoys me every time I rename a file. In the Rename dialogue, you have "Renameing" instead of "Renaming". Any chance you can help my sanity by correcting it?

Thanks

Which Rename Dialog? Screenshots would be helpful.

Sorry, use the app very simply so just assumed there was only one Renaming dialogue box.

I open the app, I drag files into the left pane, I select TheTVDB (or whatever) and I hit Rename. I then get a file transfer dialogue box appear which says "Renameing"

Do you still need a screenshot?

Thanks

I see. This "Rename Dialog" is used on Mac & Linux but not on Windows. Fixed with r4720.

Oh it's Windows I use. I've never used it on Mac or Linux.

It's the latest version 64bit I was using.

Thanks

You shouldn't be seeing this dialog if you're using the Windows version. Unless you're using the portable version on Windows?

In any case, it's fixed now.

Cool that it's fixed, many thanks.

It's from this location I install (obviously whatever the latest one is)

https://sourceforge.net/projects/filebo ... i/download

To get to it I just click on "All files and other versions are available on SourceForge.net" on the download page then "filebot" "LATEST" and download the 64bit msi from there. If that's the portable then cool but thats the only one I ever install though.

Hope that helps

In that case you're probably using the alternate fail-safe configuration. The FileBot shortcut will launch with default configuration which is optimized for Windows.

AH ok. It's whatever is default. The shortcut points at

"C:\Program Files\FileBot\filebot.platform.launcher.exe"

Is that the "wrong" one?

FileBot is the default launcher.

FileBot (platform) and FileBot (console) are alternative configurations that may be useful for debugging and working around Windows issues.
