Certificat problem

Post by vnto2000 »

Good evening, everyone,
My antivirus blocks the ssl connection of file bot.
Error message: SuncertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target.
How do I install the certificate of my antivirus in filebot so that the network feed passes?
Thank you in advance.
PS: the certificate is a "cer"file.

There's no such thing as a dedicated *.cer file for FileBot. The FileBot website uses the PKI of the Internet. You might be missing the COMODO ECC Certification Authority root certificate though.

You can open https://www.filebot.net/ with your browser and then check the signing certificates yourself by clicking on the Secure button next to the address bar.
