So I submitted a purchase to order a license for Filebot via Paddle, and I'm pretty sure the transaction was flagged. Sadly I had my VPN on at the time, which may have made them think it's identity theft. I don't want to wait it out, I would like to get Filebot up and running as soon as possible. Is there any way to tell them to remove the flag?
