I just purchased my key and am using Filebot to name for my Plex library, movies went off without a hitch. But I have heard Season and Episode naming scheme was preferred by Plex and also what I had been manually using before. But I don't see any options to change that. Also if it makes any difference, I am using Filebot in unRAID as a container.

Well, if you're using Plex, you'll want to use {plex} as format:

{plex} is recommended, but naming is effectively decided by you and your custom format:
