Our wallet provider now requires us to enter Sender Information (name, address, country, ID number, etc) for each crypto payment received due to EU regulations. This is highly inconvenient for you and for us. At this point you might as well just use your credit card, since the process is more automated (thus cheaper) and no less anonymous. We therefore no longer support crypto payment options.
Paddle our Merchant of Record and Payment Processor currently does not support any crypto currency.As a crypto currency supporter, and as curtsey to customers who prefer to use crypto currencies, FileBot licenses can be purchased via BTC and friends on a case-by-case basis. Please expect this to take 1-3 working days.
At this point in time, only 1 year licenses are available via crypto currency, so that you can HODL your crypto. The price is 10 USD due to this being a semi-manual service that requires human interaction on our side to confirm transactions and manually issue license keys. This is not an automated service, and thus slow and expensive. Please use the Paddle Website Checkout with traditional payment methods instead if possible.
