If you have installed 64-bit Windows and 64-bit FileBot and 32-bit Java, the java process will be in 32-bit compatibility mode and the native libraries won't work. So uninstall 32-bit Java and then only install the latest 64-bit Java and latest 64-bit FileBot.
That set me in the right direction. Just sent you 5 Euro as a thanks for Filebot and the help Confirmation number: 4JB47528KL8203315
Short story, Chrome browser had somehow updated to 32 bit (from 64 bit) without my realizing it. I recall now that it asked me at some point recently to install java which I agreed to. So Java 32 bit was added alongside of Java 64 bit. Filebot then was attempting to work with the 32 bit install of Java and caused the problems.
Solution, remove chrome 32 bit and Java 32 bit. Install fresh chrome x64 bit. Now all is ok again. Thanks
