Since it works out of the box your shitty format is probably messing things up.

PS: I always need links or examples of how you would expect it to work. I had to google "Criterium Du Dauphine" and it seems to be some sports event, naturally neither TheTVDB nor TheMovieDB would have data on that, and still don't know what you would expect filebot to do in this case.
