If the matching for X reason goes wrong (wrong directory, wrong DB, bad file naming) and you had loaded hundreds of movies, series or other files, FileBot will cycle through and ask you for each file, SELECT or IGNORE one of the proposals. If you know it is all wrong, you want to break out, not to click IGNORE one hundred times.
A CANCEL button would fix it.

Screenshots?
Re: Cancel button for the Matching pop up window
You want me to click one thousand times?
Here I forced a wrong matching of many files by clicking on the wrong DB.
FileBot can therefore not match the titles properly, and will offer this pop up
for every single file loaded on the left pane, in this case, hundreds of times.
A CANCEL/ABORT/QUIT/STOP or similar to break the loop is my suggestion.

Enable "Repeat" and then click "Select" or "Ignore". The "Repeat" is at the bottom right, albeit a bit small in your case.
Though you could just not click the wrong database.

Re: Cancel button for the Matching pop up window
Is there a button? there? :-O
Even if it was much bigger.
Maybe adding a label.

Re: Cancel button for the Matching pop up window
4x1 buttons or 2x2 buttons for "Auto Select All" and "Ignore All" is too big and looks ugly and is only useful in special cases.
EDIT:

* allow cancellation of all background tasks via clicking [X] on the window

Is there a setting to bring this REPEAT button up? I've never seen it before, and don't see it now with the latest version. I've gotten used to hard-crashing FB to get out of this sort of cycle, but if there is a setting to 'continue automatically' with a REPEAT, I'd love to find it!rednoah wrote:Enable "Repeat" and then click "Select" or "Ignore". Is it specific to a certain operating system?
I'm on Win 7 PRO.

It's an icon that can be toggled on the bottom right in the movie selection dialog. You can see it in the screenshot above. It's only available in movie mode.
