Subtitle download limit

Post by Desfer »

Using the GUI version of Filebot on Windows (newest version of Filebot), have been using it for a while now and just found a weird issue that I can't seem to figure out.

I'm trying to download a large amount of subtitles and keep getting the following error message:

The issue is, I'm a VIP+ member of opensubtitles with a very large subtitle download limit and shouldn't be getting this error. I can download from the site fine, and even from other programs (though none are as good as Filebot, which is why I want to figure this out!). Filebot itself even says that I've not reached my quota:

I've tried logging out and back in, restarting filebot, restarting the pc, etc... and keep getting this error.

I feel like I'm missing something. Thoughts? Help?

Well, looks like the server isn't sending back a subtitle anyway. It might be due to the anti-leech limit, but it may as well be due to some other reason. I guess the server is sending back some HTML error page, most likely it's just overloaded, or not working, or something to that account.

You can use Fiddler Proxy to see the HTTP request and see the error that is sent back by the server.
