Total Newbie Here

Post by doscrash »

Hi,

Apologies if I sound stupid, but I installed the command line version of Filebot on my Mac OS and want to run it with Transmission, but I unfortunately don't know much about coding. I was hoping to download some sort of template where I could just plug in my directories, but can't seem to find anything.

I'm looking for a script that

1. Scans a folder on my desktop after torrents are downloaded from Transmission
2. Extracts any archive that needs to be extracted and deletes the archives
3. Renames the movie or TV show correctly for Plex format
4. Moves the files off the desktop to a network drive and then to a path that either ends in /Movies or /TV Shows
5. Asks Plex to start scanning the relevant folder

Is there some sort of guide for dummies that can help me?
