HELP!! Renaming episode mismatch?!

I'm curious as to why files are renaming wrong...

As you can see from the log below, I downloaded episode S11E05 but it tries to rename it to S11E02?

not sure how to fix it?? PLEASE HELP!

also a second question is there any way to stop it from extracting 3 directories deep as it creates issues (ie. I:\uTorrent Download's\American.Dad.S11E05.HDTV.x264-KILLERS\american.dad.s11e05.hdtv.x264-killers\American.Dad.S11E05.HDTV.x264-KILLERS\American.Dad.S11E05.HDTV.x264-KILLERS.mp4)

ahh weird...! the site I use is normally bang on I didn't even consider that lol... thank you..
