request to hire help

I am looking to pay someone to automate my server with filebot for plex media server. currently all my tv shows and movies are in one folder that is mostly in rar files. i need to get this setup automated, and want to pay someone to login virtually to do it. I am unfortunately so busy with work I dont have the time to try to figure this out. i would appreciate anyone that can help to get this setup dialed in.
