Filebot V4.7 x64 not installing on Windows 10

I keep getting an error when tryng to update to Filebot 4.7. How do I upload a copy of the eror box?

Try just as a test, to install Filebot in "C:\Temp" and let me know how it goes

No joy. Put copy oif setup in C:\temp and tried to install get error to download msi file manually. Ran msi file and installed it into C"\temp. Got error about Filebot shortut not being available but otherwise it installed and runs correctly. Should I uninstall my old version of Filebot then try to install normally?

I uninstalled Filebot using the Windows 10 uninstaller but it didn't delete the c:\Program Files\Filebot folder nor any of the filebot files in the folder. I deleted the folder and ran FileBot_4.7_x64.msi . Got the error about not being able to create shortcut but otherwise install worked and FileBot runs fine.

If the MSI doesn't work, try using the portable instead.
