Update AMC script
Can the AMC script be updated so that the excludeList get updated at post processing stage after the file have been moved to the output directory? I was having a problem last week where thetvdb was down or filebot could not get to it and my files would not be processed correctly but the excludeList was updated and the file would not get processed next time around.

No, that is not planned, as it would lead to files being processed over and over indefinitely (until it works which may very well be never).
That kind of retry logic can be implemented by 3rd party custom scripts if required (e.g. by removing files from the exclude list that are not in the rename history... sounds like a bash 1-liner).
