[BETA] Cross-Platform Life-Time License

The cross-platform FileBot licensing system is current in BETA. At this point, only 1 year licenses are available, to keep the barrier for new users low, and to to make sure everything works well before selling long-term license.

However, a number of users have asked for long-term licenses, so they don't have to worry about it again. I plan on making long-term licenses available to selected users on case by case basis (and not the general public in an automated way) to keep the number of life-time licensees low. The price is undetermined as of yet, but will be in the range of 40 EUR to 60 EUR (more on the higher end at first).
