synology nas filebot logerror

hello i installed filebot on my synology but when i add my download folder as input and output a testfolder it doesn't do anything

It's still running. The job you are showing on the screenshot is likely waiting for the other two processes you're also running at the same time to complete first.

Please click Tools ➔ System Information and copy & paste the output so we can see some system information and see how fast or slow it's expected to be on your device.
