Re: Release Groups {group}
Please add
MVGroup.org
Note: This release group's name is already in the known release groups as
MVGroup
But but most files from them now have their group name shown with a file extension and FileBot isn't matching the existing version.

Re: Release Groups {group}
Can you provide an example file path for this one? So [MVGroup.org] is preferred over [MVGroup] if the original name as is like Alias.1x01.MVGroup.org.avi?
Please read the FAQ and How to Request Help.
Re: Release Groups {group}
No, I'm not saying "[MVGroup.org] is preferred over [MVGroup]" but rather it's not recognized at all.
[MVGroup.org] isn't matched at all, from your list as a valid pre-identified group name.
INPUT: Original filename 2018.720p.HDTV.x264.AAC.MVGroup.org.mp4
OUTPUT: Original filename (2018 HDTV).mp4
(Note, FileBot hasn't recognized any group name, so none are inserted.
If I first manually delete the ".org" from the source name, then:
INPUT: Original filename 2018.720p.HDTV.x264.AAC.MVGroup.mp4
then FileBot will properly recognize the group name from your current Known-Group list:
OUTPUT: Original filename (2018 HDTV_MVGroup).mp4
So the question is, "Can a group name contain a period within it's proper name?"
If so, please add [MVGroup.org].
Sorry for the confusing description.

Re: Release Groups {group}
I see. I guess it doesn't quite work the way I thought. I'll add MVGroup.org to the list then.
