Newbie needs help please

Hey im very new to filebot, i just paid for a year thinking it would fix my problems but i dont seem to be able to get it to work. Ill explain below...

My files are named like this

Im using cmd " filebot --q "The Bill (Drama)" -rename "/home/judgey/rclone/gmedia/new tv/The Bill/Season 5"

But its missing out loads of episodes.

What am i doing wrong ?
