The --db option is generally required for good results if you know in advance what kind of content your processing:

EDIT:

Investigation reveals that trailing .s and -s in the file name / folder name is interpreted as "sample file" and thus ignored. The .S in D.R.U.G.S in your folder name accidentally matches that pattern, so all small / short media files (audio files happen to be small and short) in that folder are ignored.

Thanks - I renamed the directory to end with "DRUGS" instead, and everything worked. Using `--db ID3` did not help alone, and was unnecessary after the rename.
