Issues Using FileBot with OpenSubtitles.com

I have a premium subscription on opensubtitles.com, but I’ve been experiencing problems when searching for subtitles through FileBot. Either the correct subtitles don’t show up, or sometimes no results are returned at all. And when subtitles are found, they’re often out of sync with the video.

Interestingly, when I go directly to opensubtitles.com, I can easily find the right subtitles with proper synchronization—ones that FileBot failed to locate. I’m not sure if this is due to some configuration settings in FileBot or if there’s another reason behind it. I’d really appreciate any guidance on how to fix or improve this situation.

Please post sample file paths as text so that we can run tests. If possible, please include links to the subtitles that you would like to find but are unable to find via FileBot.
