High-DPI problem in Windows

When change the DPI in Windows 8.1, the UI looks like this (see attachment, the left option for choose).

How does it look if you run with the FileBot (platform) shortcut?

FileBot 4.7.19 is now available in the Microsoft Store and bundled with JDK 9 for proper HiDPI support on Windows 10.
