Win8 copy file changes security settings

Im new to Filebot and currently have a win8.1 64bit seedbox running Utorrent, java 64, and filebot 64. after the file downloads it copies everything and works fine until I try to run the file. it tells me "file not found" on a networked pc, and "media format not supported" on my WDTV live box.

I have found a work around though. I goto F:/Media click Properties/Security/Advanced/ then click on Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object then click ok.
It will then work on everything but only if I go through all of that.

Is there a quick fix to this or am I doing something wrong?

I was tempted just to write a small autoit script to do it but figured I would ask if any has had this issue in the past.

Permissions are always troublesome. Have you tried FileBot 4.1 RC3?

Not yet but that was my next option. I will give it a go when I get home this afternoon.
