Quick Question on Automated Media Center Guide

I just moved over from theRenamer to FileBot and love it! Automation is awesome!
Everything is working great except for one little thing. TV Shows are moved to a Season 0X directory.
Currently, my directory is setup as Season 1, not Season 01. How can I prevent FileBot from adding in the 0?
I have done a fair amount of Google'ing, checked some forum posts and tried to play with FileBot thru cmd but no luck.
Initially I used this as my setup guide: http://www.filebot.net/forums/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=215
My system is running Win 7 64 bit and uTorrent.
