You'll want to look into the filebot command-line tool and the amc script specifically.

If you search for "scripting" you will likely find information regarding more FileBot / Groovy Scripting and more advanced specialized use cases. Your use cases sound rather standard though, so basic 1-line command-line calls (not to be confused with Groovy scripting) will be all you need.
