Does the {y} have to be at the end of the line.
I tried it without and i got an error because
of the colon in next of the Y in Y:\disney\Pixar {n} {y}. How to solve this , should it be {Y:\disney\Pixar {n}} ?

Windows does not allow
: colon in file names. You therefore cannot have a folder named "
2021 Y:".

You may click the green
Validate button to strip
: colon from the file path
before clicking on the
Continue button.

If you want to move files from drive
X: to drive
Y: then your custom format is bad. You're somehow accidentally generating invalid file paths. You'll want to remove the part that generates the leading
X:\2021 part and make sure to generate valid file paths that start with
Y:\.

That is automatically generated. How do I revise the format so it works?

We need your format and the output you want e.g.
=
Y:\Disney\Pixar\movie 2020
you can do this if that what you mean ?
=
Y:\2020\Disney\Pixar\movie 2020
