No Licence File recieve

Sir

I have bought a licence but do not see it in my inbox? Can you take a look at it because i have already for many years a licence file but this time it is not in my mailbox

I would need your order number and email to look into your order from my end. Unfortunately, if you have mistyped your email address, then you don't know either, and thus contact Paddle (our payment processor) will need to lookup your order via your payment details first.
