I bought a license for Filebot through the Ubuntu Software Store a few years ago. That license did not have a termination date, and was not tied to a specific version.

How do I claim that license now?

Canonical discontinued support for paid apps some 7+ years ago. If you can find a receipt then I'll just send you a 1-year complimentary license though. That would be completely unrelated to your Ubuntu Store purchases. Those are just gone.
