Hello. I tried purchasing the license yesterday and I still haven’t received it. I am pretty sure the email entered was correct ([email protected]) and my card was charged. Thanks.

Please contact Paddle customer support so that they can lookup your Order Number via your payment information so that we can lookup your order:

Your license is FileBot License (Order P40445394). You have accidentally typed @outlook.com instead of @gmail.com and your license was successfully delivered to the email address that was entered.

Please contact Paddle customer support and ask them to lookup the order number of your purchase(s) using your payment information (if you have mistyped your email address then you won't receive any email and we won't be able to find your order by email address) so that we can then find your orders and refund the extra one:

Got same issue here, license key not received...

I have sent a email but only got automatic response.

Anybody able to help?
