Support Request - Paddle unresponsive to request for help

Hello,
I purchased a one year license for FileBot on August 6th.
I believe I mistyped my email address, and never received the email containing my license information, so I am unable to activate FilBot on my computer.
I tried reaching out to Paddle, but their chatbot was not able to find my purchase. I used PayPal, so I don't have a record of the order number, I just have the PayPal transaction ID.
I attempted to contact Paddle's help email address, and haven't heard back from them.
Would I be able to get a refund for this transaction so I can try purchasing FileBot again and (hopefully) not mistype my email address this time around?
