Is the expiration date for the lifetime license supposed to be 50 years?

Yes, but if we're all still around (you, me, FileBot, Microsoft Windows, etc) in 2073 then I'm sure we can issue a new lifetime license until 2123 right then and there. Plus cake and balloons. 
Historical Context from 2018: 1 year licenses were introduced first, and lifetime licenses were only introduced some time later by popular request, so we had to fill in all the form fields with something for compatibility reasons.
