The FileBot website is only available in English. FileBot application is only available in English. Support is only available in English.Please download and evaluate FileBot before purchasing a license.
Did you not evaluate FileBot before purchasing a license? Because UI language not being Chinese seems like an issue that would be immediately obvious if you did minimal research. There's a good chance that some aspects of FileBot won't work behind the GFW as well, but we don't do QA from China, so I wouldn't know which aspects don't work, if any.
If your purchase is less than 14 days old, then you can request a refund directly via Paddle our payment processor.
