License Issue

Hello everyone,
I bought a one-year license of FileBot to clean up my numerous video files.
Unfortunately, after the purchase, I didn't receive the e-mail with the activation key. I followed the recommendations and contacted Paddle.
Again, no response :/
Could you tell me what to do?

How many business days did you wait for a response from Paddle?

owns @outloo.com and accepts email
(and presumably stores them) so you have effectively gifted your license to this person / group of people. We'll resend a copy of your license to you as well. A FileBot 1-year license is not a high-value target but you really
really really don't want to mistype your email address when it actually matters. Auto-fill is your friend.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
I understand the problem better now. I must have been a bit tired to have made such a mistake^^
I did receive the new e-mail with the correct address
