Icon TheTVDB and Icon TheMovieDB often case list the same TV shows with the same series name, season / episode numbers, etc, but this is not guaranteed for all cases. The same "episode" may be organized in vastly different ways in different databases.

e.g. Bully for Bugs from the Looney Tunes Collection

Icon TheMovieDB organizes Bully for Bugs (1953) as Movie and not as TV Series:

Code: Select all

Movies/Bully for Bugs (1953) {tmdb-34933}/Bully for Bugs (1953)

Icon TheTVDB organizes Looney Tunes - Bully for Bugs as Episode and not as Movie:

Code: Select all

TV Shows/Looney Tunes {tvdb-72514}/Season 1953/Looney Tunes - S1953E19 - Bully for Bugs

e.g. One Piece

Icon TheMovieDB organizes The Land of Wano! To the Samurai Country where Cherry Blossoms Flutter! as Season 21 Episode 892:

Code: Select all

TV Shows/One Piece {tmdb-37854}/Season 21/One Piece - S21E892 - The Land of Wano! To the Samurai Country where Cherry Blossoms Flutter

Icon TheTVDB organizes The Land of Wano! To the Samurai Country Where Cherry Blossoms Flutter! as Season 21 Episode 01:

Code: Select all

TV Shows/One Piece {tvdb-81797}/Season 21/One Piece - S21E01 - The Land of Wano! To the Samurai Country Where Cherry Blossoms Flutter

:!: You therefore need to keep in mind the database you have configured in your library settings and then name and organize your files as required by that database when using FileBot to organize files for Plex.
