Are you selecting files and dragging-n-dropping them into FileBot? Are you using the Load button and then selecting a network share root via the File Dialog? Have you tried selecting specific files / specific folders other than the share root?Not really. FileBot uses UNC file paths just like any other file path. That said, if UNC network file paths are not working for you for one reason or another, then you can always try a mapped network drive instead.
