Yellow Exclamation error downloading subtitles

Post by xman »

Hi all

Sorry if this question is to remedial, I don't script (never tried) so using GUI, filebot is brilliant btw, renamed entire movie collection no issues.

Now I'm trying to download subtitles and it worked fine for about 100 items then yellow exclamation mark shows up as per attached pic below, and I cant figure out why.

I've tried it on movies its already successfully sourced .srt file - when I do it now - just error as per pic.

(NB: The exact same thing happened last week, I uninstalled and re-installed, but now back to same issue is there a limit to how many subtitles can be downloaded from the source site ?)

It's either a internet connectivity issue or you've been temporarily banned. OpenSubtitles has pretty strict anti-leech limits, so I suspect the latter.
Q: How can I use my OpenSubtitles account?
A: If you're hitting the OpenSubtitles anti-leech limit you can get around that by login into your account rather than using the default anonymous account. Please consider becoming an OpenSubtitles VIP user by making a donation as well.
PS: I recommend using 64-bit JRE
 Please read the FAQ and How to Request Help.
