What has happened to IMDB?

What has happened to IMDB? Why is it listed anymore in the newest version 4.5?
Allow users to choose between (default) Opportunistic / (new) Strict mode matching
And what is the difference between opportunistic and strict?
Newest portable, stable FileBot, Windows 10 Home, 64bit
