AMC script runs through EVERY file and takes forever

i have filebot set to run when qbitorrent finishes a file. its running this when a torrent completes:

When it runs and the command prompt screen pops up, instead of organizing and downloading the info for the completed torrent, it seems to be scanning every downloaded file I have. This can take like 20 mins. It never used to do this so I'm not sure what I changed. Here is a small excerpt of my log. The log is really big so I just pasted the first part. Any ideas?
