Incorrect Match

Good Evening,

I'm having an matching issue. This is occurring via GUI and CLI.

The Show is:
Hell on Wheels

Which is being matched to:
The Night Manager or Sometimes The Night

When using the CLI I'm using:

Code: Select all

filebot -script fn:renall "C:\Users\Kelleher\Videos\TV Shows" -non-strict --conflict auto
With the GUI I clicked match and used TheTVDB.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Thanks for the post! Before a real human comes by, please make sure your report has all the following points checked:
 • Include screenshots, logs or filenames (i.e. demonstrate the issue)
 • Include basic information (i.e. sysinfo output)
 Please read How to Request Help and Fix Problems, Report Bugs, Get Features

I'm trying to add the screenshots and my sysinfo report but there isn't a upload feature that I'm seeing. How should I go about that?

I tried using the IMG:

But that didn't work.

Did you have a look at How to 'Request Help' at all? Please read it thoroughly.

Screenshots are nice. But I can't copy & paste file paths from a screenshot now can I?

There's plenty of places where you can upload images, or logs, or whatnot.

As requested. "I had to rename the files to reflect the correct show, to simulate the error again."

I attached screenshots of what the files were before and after using the CLI. I also attached a screenshot of what the GUI is showing.

Here is a link for the screenshots: http://imgur.com/a/seHTd

As for the sysinfo:

Code: Select all

FileBot 4.7 (r3923)
JNA Native: 4.0.1
MediaInfo: MediaInfoLib - v0.7.78
7-Zip-JBinding: 9.20
Chromaprint: fpcalc version 1.1.0 (C:\Program Files\FileBot\fpcalc.exe)
Extended Attributes: OK
Groovy Engine: 2.4.6
JRE: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment 1.8.0_91
JVM: 64-bit Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM
CPU/MEM: 4 Core / 1 GB Max Memory / 18 MB Used Memory
OS: Windows 10 (amd64)
Package: MSI
Data: C:\Users\Kelleher\AppData\Roaming\FileBot
Done ?(?????)?

1.
I see episode files on the left, and movie matches on the right. If you take episode files, and the process them as movies, this is what you get. What happens if you select Episode Mode :: TheTVDB?

This is what TEXT looks like:

Code: Select all

Hell on Wheels S01E01.mp4

When I used the GUI and clicked "Match," I selected TheTVDB.

Nope. You most certainly did not.

EDIT: Unless you use a very strange very misleading Episode format that makes output paths look as though they're movies.

2.
It works out of the box:

Code: Select all

$ filebot -rename *.mp4
Rename episodes using [TheTVDB]
Auto-detected query: [Hell on Wheels]
Fetching episode data for [Hell on Wheels]
[MOVE] Rename [Hell on Wheels S01E01.mp4] to [Hell on Wheels - 1x01 - Pilot.mp4]

Sorry you don't believe me, but that's what's been happening. Maybe there is a way to set a exclusion list if key words *Hell on Wheels*? I could just do those manually from now on. All other shows are matching properly. Tried it with season 2 this morning and after clicking TheTVDB it tried to match them as movies. Weird.
